Our Print Technologies

The right method, the right material

Not every label job needs the same printing method. We help you choose the right technique out of eight available. From our production facility in Çorlu we serve businesses across Türkiye with flexo, offset and digital printing.

01

Flexo Printing

Flexo printing is a roll printing method using flexible photopolymer plates. It's one of the industry's most preferred techniques thanks to its lower unit cost for high-volume label production and compatibility with a wide range of materials (coated, clear, kraft, thermal). Its fast production line offers a real advantage for large orders requiring short lead times, and it's well suited to achieving results that match Pantone spot colors precisely.

02

Offset Printing

Offset printing is a sheet printing method known for its ability to print fine detail and smooth color gradients at high resolution. For visually dense designs with photographic detail or complex gradients, offset delivers the sharpest, most professional result. It's frequently chosen for cosmetics, premium food and boutique product labels to reinforce brand perception, offering stable color consistency for medium-to-high volume sheet runs.

03

Digital CMYK Printing

Digital CMYK printing is a fast production method that goes straight from file to print without requiring plates. It offers advantages in both cost and turnaround for small and medium orders, making it the first choice for samples and prototypes. Its direct compatibility with variable design and variable data makes it easy to print different variants within the same series — ideal for brands that order frequently in small batches.

04

Pantone Color System

The Pantone spot color system is an international color reference standard that guarantees your brand color prints identically every single time. Unlike CMYK mixing, a single pre-mixed ink is used, eliminating the risk of color drift. This is especially critical for brands with a strong corporate identity and many product variants, preserving the same brand color across different print batches, dates, and even different printing methods.

05

Foil & Metallic Printing

Gold, silver and custom-colored foil applications give your label a premium, eye-catching look. Foil printing is applied using a hot stamping technique and highlights your logo or brand name with a metallic sheen. It's an effect that directly increases perceived value for cosmetics, perfume and limited-edition products, and can be combined with matte or glossy surfaces to create different texture combinations.

06

UV Coated Labels

UV coating is a glossy finish selectively applied to specific areas of a label. It draws attention by making the logo, product name or a particular graphic element texturally distinct from the rest of the label. This selective gloss contrast creates striking visual depth, especially on matte-surface labels, while also increasing the label's resistance to scratching and wear.

07

Embossing & Debossing

Embossing and debossing techniques add a tactile dimension to your label, making your brand memorable. Embossing raises specific areas of the design above the surface, while debossing presses a textured pattern into it. These effects create a perceived 'quality you can feel' — especially valued for handmade, artisanal or premium-positioned products — combining visual and tactile senses in a rare printing technique.

08

Barcode & Variable Data

We provide high-speed, error-free printing of information that differs on every label — serial numbers, lot codes, production/expiry dates and QR codes. Before variable data printing, every series goes through a barcode verification process, securing inventory tracking, recall processes and regulatory compliance. It's an indispensable production step in the food, pharmaceutical and logistics industries. We support 1D barcodes, 2D/QR codes and custom encoding systems.
