What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the printing method; digital printing allows small runs, while flexo and offset have a recommended quantity threshold for efficiency. We clarify the minimum quantity for your product via WhatsApp.
How long does the sampling process take?
Standard jobs are sampled within about 48 hours. Jobs with special effects (foil, embossing, UV coating) may take a bit longer.
Can I send my own design, or can you help with design?
Both are possible. We prepare your existing design file for print, or offer professional label design and variable design support if you don't have one.
What is variable design, and who is it for?
Variable design means generating a full set of labels from a single template for different variants within the same product family. It's ideal for companies with many SKUs.
Which file formats do you accept?
We prefer print-ready vector files (AI, EPS, PDF). If your file is in a different format, we review it together before production.
How is Pantone color matching guaranteed?
We match your brand color to a Pantone spot color reference and print to that same code on every run, preventing color drift between orders.
Is there a margin of error in barcode and variable data printing?
Every variable data run goes through a verification process beforehand; serial number, lot and QR code matching is automatically validated during production.
Which regions do you deliver to?
We're based in Çorlu, Tekirdağ, and ship regularly across all of Türkiye — including Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa and Antalya — by courier to every province.
